I’ve been on a baking spree lately! Not sure what has gotten into me…. probably my love of all things sweet! I always tell my friends and Tumblr girls.. Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring or bland… and you don’t have to cut out your favorite foods! (For me, that happens to be dessert).
I particularly enjoy baking with protein powder. Not only does it improve the nutritional profile of my baked goods, it adds a unique texture and taste. For this recipe, I used a new protein by Gaspari Nutrition. It’s a Cinnamon Roll flavor and turned out wonderfully in these muffins!
